To know my village. Phase -1 ( change within 5 year) 1.Introduction - Coordinate of our village 24.5041'N, 79.8043'E. Time zone difference from standard time 5 minutes. Elevation or Altitude 352 meter above mean sea level. In historical time our town was under the control of Dynasty of Govind Singh's Ju Dev kingdom. These data are available in old town scriptures.2. Development inside the village - Government development and private development. We start from education because education is the basic and intensive ingredients and internal pictograph of our society. Basic education in government schools is below than average level. In current scenario infrastructure, facilities are sufficient but my point of view parent unawareness and laziness of teacher are the main problems in this era of reason. In middle and higher class infrastructure are sufficient and teacher are aware and fulfil the requirement so results are satisfactory. In higher education level College dropout rate are high, and student are losing interest in higher studies specially boys. In school girls, personal hygiene in government and private both schools are in contaminated stage due to ignorance of school management and society. Rating of school= 1) Government higher secondary school ghunwara 7 out of 10. 2) MDSN Higher Secondary School Ghunwara 6 out of 10. 3) Saraswati Shishu Mandir ghunwara 5 out of 10. 4) Other government middle school ghunwara 5 out of 10. 5) Kanya shala middle school 3 out of 10 due to girls personal hygiene development and girls overall development. 3.) Village health - Review based on the survey, the health government sector of ghunwara are in under developing phase with a good sign. Nurses are present in hospital and medicine are available ,drinking water and beds are in working condition. some private practicers are also available in the village but its quality of treatment purely depends upon experience basis. Because of that person health is in danger.1) Government hospital ghunwara 6 out of 10.2) Private clinic ghunwara 3 out of 10.4.) Agriculture sector- The farmer of ghunwara are skilled farmer and holding sufficient knowledge and resources for doing profitable farming. Because of that, this sector are having the capability to produce ample employment opportunities for our youth. Moderation of this sector and provide global market are the needs of the farming industry. And this can be done with the help of local government by better implementation of government scheme. It is necessary to achieving a dream and raising as a farming hub in the locality Rating- 8 out of 10.5.)Sports and fitness - No one going to takes an initiative to start fitness training like morning walk, gym etc . But here sports culture are rich. People are interested to play cricket and volleyball. Other games are also in the initiation phase like badminton, football kabaddi. Overall ratings ( 6 out of 10 ). Bcoz of unawareness of mental health in the village. The school groups are required to join KHELO INDIA CAMPAIGN
