The meaning of kulsath is a place where all the humans either man or women are truthful gental and humble no one are alcoholic in village kulsath it is a village of hindu tyagi's tyagi 's are the followers of parshuram. The population of kulsath is 4000 according to cencus 2011. The total area (cultivation) of kulsath is 52000 bigha (8666 acre) this village is set up by GULAB SINGH TYAGI in year 1240 gulab singh tyagi was born in village Rana chouli in haryana but after his marriage with the princess of town charthawal (muzaffarnagar, u.p) he established the village this village is given in dowary from bride's family after some years he appointed his elder son genda ram tyagi to the landlord of village but unfortunately genda ram tyagi was dead and his younger brother Baldev tyagi is appointed as landlord by the Britishers after some decade in 1952 government of India implement jamindari unmulan and the last jamidar or landlord of village was Mr.Omprakash tyagi after that panchayat raj was started and till continues. Last landlord Mr. Omprakash tyagi build his house and named "more wali bathak or "more wala gher". Omprakash tyagi was also known as "Rao sahab" but unfortunately in year 1996 he was dead and then his one and only son Mr. Dhanprakash tyagi was established as choudhry but in 1998 Mr. Dhanprakash tyagi was dead due to heart attack and then his property was distributed in his two sons Mr. Boby tyagi ( Vibhor) and Vimal tyagi. And at present time the owner of "more wali kothi" and pushtani zameen or parental land and property is Mr. Boby tyagi. There are two sons of Mr. Boby tyagi Mr. Pratibh tyagi which is mechanical engineer in HERO moto corp. and Mr. Gorang tyagi which is studying Bnys (bach. of naturopathy and yogic science) in subharthi medical college in meerut. The main festival of this village is a fair of Gulab singh devta maharaj which is celebrate in the memory of Mr. gulab singh tyagi which established or set up the village.
