this village comprises of 1500-2000 of total population mostly of rajput(cast).it's not much big village but also not too small.
peoples are simple but now a days they are getting advanced especially girls.
main occupation of peoples are farming,but they are also involved in extra jobs like L.I.c,milking,taking tenders etc...
ther is a temple in this village called "BHAGWATI STHAN" it is belived to be the abode of goddesses kali as some of the residents told that goddesses came in their dreams and told them something about the temple when it was on the verge of completing...
there is rock behind the temple which is belived to be the body of thiefs who came to steal the jwells of the goddesses kali ,but they fell down and turned to rock.
enthusiasm are seen in children and woman when DUSSEHERA arrives.... small stalls are arranged in the village and different foods are being prepared and sold by the villegers themselves only.Holi is also celebraeted with great zeal.peoples sing holi song,and whole day get over just like a seconds...

kandap...the name signifies a type of village.as per my knowledge and saying from my grandfather's mother,this village is approximately old not less than 122 years,because my grandfather's mother died in 2005 completing 103 years of her life.this village comprises of 1500-2000 of total population mostly of rajput(cast).it's not much big village but also not too small.
